The Boathouse was just that for many years, and served as a marina and boat service station until 1984 when it was purchased by Eric Constance and David Lines, and transformed into a restaurant. Eric and Dave operated it successfully as such until 2004 when it was purchased by Karen Bendix and her husband, Ross Rowland.
Karen and Ross did a complete restoration to the interior of the buildings (point mouse here for photos) and reopened the NEW Boathouse restaurant on June 1, 2005.
Unique in the beautiful and historic community of Sackets Harbor, in that it is the only restaurant directly on the beautiful inner harbor offering seating on the dock overlooking the marina with an unobstructed view of all the harbor’s interesting activity.
With a full menu of award winning food, you are sure to fondly remember your dining experience at the Boathouse restaurant (point mouse here for a photo of the Boathouse today).
